2. The blade moves left and right. Is this a defect?
No. Some plastic one-piece models use an oscillating cutting method. This is normal and does not affect use.
3. The trimmer will not turn on at all.
The battery may be fully discharged. Charge for at least 3 hours and try again.
4. Can it catch hair or cut skin?
